Your Task

There are things that you are required to do to help build your successful website; you are expected to provide everything that is to be seen on your web site, content text (nobody knows your products/business like you do), fonts, colours, logos, price lists, terms and conditions statements, refund policies, privacy statements, photos (or option to buy stock photography to enhance your site), and any additional multimedia you wish to include i.e. virtual tours.

Construction schedule

Creating sites vary from site to site, and working within changes in our workload, we aim construction to take 7-14 days commencing from when we have received all of the site materials from you. Once we have all the materials required a draft design will be prepared and emailed to you, this is then signed for final approval and work begins on your site this is the 7 - 14 day period mentioned above.
An additional 7 days for any adjustments you feel is necessary to make your online business an extension of your services.
Site Release


On receipt of final payment, your completed site will be uploaded to your domain. You will receive a verification email informing you, your test site will be removed, you're ready now to advise the world about your newly extended business, now you need to look at email addresses - get them included on your stationery, brochures and vehicles, changing your phone messages to mention your web site URL etc.

Website maintenance

Future work on your site will be charged at our scheduled rate at the time, and will only be performed at your request.

Updates & modifications can be sent via email or delivered on CD with clear instructions of what you would like done, and which page(s) the changes relate to.
