We can register your Domain name and set it to your hosting
site.
A reminder of when it is due again will be sent to you the
month before it is about to expire.

| Web Site Setup: |
We arrange a convenient time with you so that we
can sit and listen to your ideas and wishes for your site.
In the initial appointment, we collect as much information as you
can provide about your business, including business cards,
logos, colour desires, all contact information and any photographs/images
you require on your site. We will advise on how to get your site
information to us. This is also the time to pay your deposit.
An image of the page layout is either emailed to you... or a second
appointment can be made in order to review the template (layout
of your site) and to discuss any changes you wish to make to
the template. Also, if you are paying off your site in installments,
it is an opportunity to make another payment.
The following week is busy with collecting all the content that
you wish to go into your site and gathering information of required
items you need to make your site work and look professional.
By about the third week after the initial interview, we now have
in place: general concept development design, most of the art work.
Also, your template will have been completed with buttons, background
surface, logo placement, site navigation design, POP email and all
of your contact details.
You can at any stage make an appointment to see the development
of your site, ring and have a chat with us, ask any questions or
request advise... We are here to help you
to be seen by the world.
The final stage is uploading of your site. During this stage
we review the site with you for any changes, links, spell checking
and general clean up. This is also when you pay the balance owing...
it is another week of making free changes... check some more...
and show off your site to the world.
If the balance of your account is not paid at this stage your buttons
or menus are disabled until you do so.

Site Hosting:
Web site hosting with email addresses can be arranged and organized
for you. There are various packages available (additional costs
according to which package you require) depending on your site
needs.
For those who simply want their site hosted so that they
can create their own site we can arrange this for you - set
up fees? None! It is our pleasure! Your only cost is the hosting
(if required domain name also).

Web site Maintenance:
As an optional extra we can submit your site to extra search
engines, check your current links keeping them in working order,
notify you when hosting and domain names are due and
notify you if another client would like to link to your site.
Simply contact us with any upgrades you wish to make to your site
and we will perform your requested tasks quickly.
We like our customers to have control of their site so that they
do not have to pay for "extra" uploads so we are always
happy to help our clients and give them the support they
deserve with our on line support/help
or via email. |
Web Site Discounts:
All sites created by us which have our link placed on them
are charged at £15 per hour and part thereof for any alterations
or updates.....
Sites not carrying our logo will be charged £45 per hour.
