You provide 3 different titles with your keywords as anchor text is used, 3 different descriptions again using your keywords and 3 different categories are used to submit using a variation of these in the submissions.
All of this is done over a period of 4 weeks but we continue to monitor all verification and activation emails in regards to the submissions made to the directories for this project for up 12 months. (This is due to some of the submissions taking up to 6 months or longer to be reviewed and accepted by the directory owners.

A report is emailed of each instalment one per week until submissions have been completed over a 4 week period.
